About the Role
The Product Manager understands consumer behavior and provides a range of market leading solutions focused on Internet products. Growth will be driven through market leading product strategies and defined by excellence in respect of quality, design, and innovation in line with the company’s growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Spot core ends needs via market research, output product requirement, coordinate cross-team collaboration to deliver a great product experience.
- Manage team and projects to ensure project quality and launch time.
- Prioritize the product roadmap based on product strategy, product metrics, and desired commercial outcomes.
- Output high quality prototype, business process mapping, flow charts of the functions
- Analyze business data and give insight into data.
What are we looking for?
- Product management expertise
- at least 5 years’ proven experience working within cross-functional teams to design, develop, launch, and manage products/services to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT related course is an advantage.
- You are determined and self-motivated to own and drive forward your area of accountability.
- Excellent Communication Skills & Influencing
- You listen to and interpret between the needs of customers and stakeholders, effectively manage expectations, and facilitate difficult discussions where necessary.
- You are an empathetic team player who collaborates closely with others.
- Strategic & commercial thinking
- You understand the needs of the business and ensure your product strategy is aligned to business strategy.
- You are passionate about the business’ product and may have some prior experience in the industry.
- management experience across the product lifecycle, with a focus on outcome rather than output.
- Experience in online platform, API, data, SaaS and so on
- Data analysis with SQL or other business platform like Google Analytics.
- Logical thinking & communication skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and able to meet deadlines.
- Technical knowledge of the web design product is advantageous.
